Compensation Plan

BWJ Network LLC provides multiple pathways to earn income and gain recognition within our organization. Explore the powerful and rewarding BWJ Compensation Plan! (Throughout this document, we will use the term “Agent Enrollment” to refer to a new member joining the BWJ Travel Agent Program.)

● Direct Sales Commission to the Selling Rep: When you personally enroll a new member into the BWJ Travel Agent Program at the $197.00 upfront and $59.00 monthly rate, you earn a Direct Enrollment Commission of $50.00, with no limit to how many commissions you can receive, and all Direct Enrollment Commissions are paid weekly.

Direct Sales 50% Match to the Sponsor: When you enroll someone into the BWJ Travel Agent Program and they personally enroll a new member, you earn a 50% Matching Bonus of $25.00 on each of their Agent Enrollment sales, with no limit to how many $25.00 Matching Bonuses you can receive. All matching commissions are paid weekly.

● Diamond Leader $10 Commission: A $10.00 Diamond Leader Commission is paid to the first qualified Diamond Leader in the upline for every new Agent Enrollment completed anywhere in their downline, down to the next Diamond Leader; a Diamond Leader is an active member who has personally enrolled at least nine (9) agents who remain active in the BWJ Travel Agent Program, and all Diamond Leader Bonuses are paid weekly.

● Diamond Leader 10% Matrix Matching Bonus: A 10% matrix matching bonus is paid to Reps who have achieved and remain in active Diamond Leader status of all of their personally recruited active agents. For example, if a sponsor is in Diamond Leader status and has 100 personally recruited travel agents who have a combined matrix earnings of $5,000, then the Diamond Leader who personally recruited them earns $500.

● Monthly Matrix Payout to Selling Rep: A monthly bonus of $5.00 is paid to the enrolling Rep for every active member in their Matrix who pays the $59.00 monthly BWJ Travel Agent Program fee, and this $5.00 Matrix Bonus is paid through nine levels based on the Rep’s number of personally enrolled active agents, with a minimum of two active personal enrollments required to qualify; in addition, Diamond Leaders earn a 10% monthly matching bonus on the total Matrix earnings of each of their nine or more personally enrolled active agents.

● Monthly Matrix Payout to Selling Rep: A monthly bonus of $5.00 is paid to the enrolling Rep for every active member in their Matrix who pays the $59.00 monthly BWJ Travel Agent Program fee, and this $5.00 Matrix Bonus is paid through nine levels based on the Rep’s number of personally enrolled active agents, with a minimum of two active personal enrollments required to qualify; in addition, Diamond Leaders earn a 10% monthly matching bonus on the total Matrix earnings of each of their nine or more personally enrolled active agents.

● 10% Travel Commission: The enrolling Rep receives 10% of the total travel commission paid to their personally enrolled active agent. For example, if the agent receives $1,000 in travel booking commissions, then the Sponsor will receive $100.

Leader Bonuses:

• When a member qualifies as a 100 Club Leader in the BWJ Travel Agent Program, BWJ guarantees that their total monthly income from all BWJ compensation sources will be no less than $1,000.

• Club Leaders across the first five levels—from 100 Club Leader through 4,000 Club Leader—can earn up to a $50.00 override for every new Agent Enrollment generated anywhere in their downline. Each level generating an additional $10.00 bonus on sign-up. This is only for the first eligible Club Leader in the up-line for that enrolled travel agent.

Club Leaders earn a monthly Leadership Bonus on the total number of active agents in their organization, as outlined in the Club Rank bonus chart below.

Additional Leader Bonuses & Recognition:

When a member achieves the 4,000 Club Leader rank in the BWJ Travel Agent Program, they qualify to receive a Rolex watch, provided they remain fully qualified at the 4,000 Club Leader level and continue earning the corresponding monthly bonus for a minimum of 90 consecutive days, and must stay qualified at that level until the Rolex is awarded.

An Ambassador Ring is awarded to a qualified member beginning at the 100 Club Leader level and above when the following conditions are met:

• An Ambassador Ring is awarded based on two consecutive 30-day Qualifying Income Periods followed by one 30-day Maintenance Period (three continuous 30-day periods total), and the member must remain fully qualified until the Ring is awarded.

• Total income for EACH 30-day Qualifying Income Period AND the 30-day Maintenance Period is calculated as the cumulative total of all Weekly Commissions, Matrix Commissions, and Club Leader Bonuses received.

• For EACH 30-day Qualifying Income Period AND the following 30-day Maintenance Period, the Minimum Income requirement is as follows:

o Sapphire Ambassador Ring: Minimum income of $8,333 per period (annual track of $100,000).

o Ruby Ambassador Ring: Minimum income of $20,833 per period (annual track of $250,000).

o Diamond Ambassador Ring: Minimum income of $41,667 per period (annual track of $500,000).

o Double Diamond Ambassador Ring: Minimum income of $83,333 per period (annual track of $1,000,000).

• Ambassador Rings are recognition awards and will be presented at major BWJ events (such as annual conventions or other official events at the company's discretion). Qualification must be met and maintained through the time of presentation; if qualification is lost before the award is presented, the Ring will not be issued.
