The BWJ Travel Agent Program (“BWJ”) provides individuals with an opportunity to participate asindependent travel agents and referral partners. As a new program, BWJ has not yet collected sufficienthistorical earnings data from participants to produce an income chart or statistical breakdown. ThisIncome Disclosure Statement is provided to help prospective participants understand that income in theBWJ Travel Agent Program is not guaranteed, varies widely, and depends entirely on the individual’seffort, commitment, skill, activity level, and market conditions.

Because BWJ is in its early stages, we do not currently have verified data regarding average earnings,high/low earnings, hours worked, or percentages of active participants who earn commissions orbonuses. As soon as sufficient data is collected across a meaningful number of participants and timeperiods, BWJ will publish a complete Income Disclosure Statement that accurately reflects participantearnings

Important Notes About Earning Potential

• Income in the BWJ Travel Agent Program comes from travel commissions, referral bonuses, monthly residual commissions (Matrix), and leadership bonuses, depending on each individual’s activity and qualifications.

• BWJ does not guarantee that any participant will earn a specific amount of income, or any income at all.

• Some participants may earn little or no income.

• Success requires consistent effort, customer acquisition, team building (where applicable), business skill development, and adherence to BWJ policies.

• Earnings will vary from person to person, and any examples provided in BWJ training materials are illustrative only, not projections of actual results.

Payment Information

We require payment collection for our subscription. These charges may be billed via payment cards that transmit such data to payment providers with your authorization. We will maintain payment information as required to maintain your subscription. Your subscription will be auto renewed each month and a payment will be made automatically using the payment information you initially provide. You authorize automatic monthly subscription payments unless and until you officially cancel your subscription within the terms of your agreement with us. Upon expiration of the authorization, we no longer maintain or store such data.
